We are actively looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team as a full-time employee in Argentina.

• Working across our technology stack from cloud (AWS, Azure) and web platforms and be accountable for coordinating smooth, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
• Independently manage the time between daily operational activities (such as event monitoring and dashboarding of metrics through to incident resolution and being on-call,) and software engineering activities (such as task automation, Run CI/CD pipelines, critical fixes and product maintenance).
• Execution of hosting and support services within Concentrix Catalyst Managed Services offerings. 
• Management of multiple stakeholders.
• Management of local support programs, in consultation with GM of Service Delivery.
• Support runbooks, knowledge base, technical processes and other relevant collateral.
• Service Delivery Reports and Status Reports.
• Service Desk Configuration including internal reporting, queues, timers and custom notifications.
• Paging System Rosters and configuration.
• Comments, advice and expert opinion.
• Implementation, configuration and continuous improvement of collection, collation and dashboarding of metrics to improve services from an operational and financial perspective.

• Medium/High English level. 
• Software documentation.
• Software architecture/designs or best practice advice for projects deemed likely to enter support in future.
• Focus on the AWS environment.
