The Catalyst Team is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

• As an Architect on our team, you will need to:
• Work directly with other internal Salesforce teams, as well as internal business users and partners, to build out our Salesforce capabilities.
• We want to be the gold-standard for how teams should build Salesforce solutions in the enterprise.
• Be responsible for leading and pushing excellent coding standards for Visualforce, Apex, and other development platforms to build custom solutions. We build code with an eye towards cleanliness, testability, and maintainability (and ruthlessly enforce it) - hacks are not acceptable.
• Automate everything, but always know what the manual fallback is.
• Be able to respond calmly to shifting requirements.

• Prior experience as a solutions arehcitect, ideally 3-4+ years experience
• Ideally at the enterprise level
• Solid understanding of SFDC architecture and APIs
• Experience building real-time, asynchronous applications
• Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
• Demonstrable success in at least 1 enterprise-grade SFDC integration
• Experience with SFDC data tooling (Data Loader, etc)
• Advanced understanding of SDLC tooling and version control best practices
• Technical project management experience • Solid understanding of the full E2E SDLC lifecycle and proven experience deploying maintainable solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Support, UI/UX, external development teams) to elicit requirements Strongly preferred
• Must have SF Domain experience in Sales Cloud
• Must understand integrating design patterns
• Must be able to take business requirements and turn them info High Level Design Requirements\
•  API Experience (have asked questions with regards creating an API to receive leads into SF) - they have multiple data streams that feed into SF
• Must be very detail oriented
• Must have excellent communication to work with the stakeholders and product leads
• Must understand the Lead to Order (Cash) process (they refer as the sales funnel)
• Experience with building blueprints, high level designs & creating complex solutions
• Being able to articulate the capabilities of the design and how the system will perform/word (depending on the feature)
• Building tech specifications, working with Product Owner/Leads and providing realistic timelines, budget and/or what capacity may be needed to execute.
• Ability to push back when features are not fully provided or the ask is not realistic or possible.
