Overview

CONCENTRIX CATALYST’s Integrated Loyalty Solutions (ISO) business includes offerings spanning customer research, strategy, customer experience design, custom mobile and web development, platform solutions, analytics & data sciences, and managed services for operations, technology, and ongoing program evolution. This is an exciting, growing part of the overarching business, and your focus will be to build and accelerate the Loyalty ISO sales pipeline, build relationships and co-sell opportunities with our channel partners and internal sales teams, and drive pursuits to prospective clients, while contributing to the overall growth of our business.

 

You will bring a solution-oriented approach to your sales conversations, working to understand prospects’ business challenges related to member experience and loyalty -- expertly sharing the CONCENTRIX CATALYST value proposition for customer loyalty and connected membership. You will communicate our differentiated value as a strategic partner for digital transformation, where loyalty is “tip of the spear”.  To be most effective, you will collaborate with subject matter experts in our organization, partnering with them in prospect sales conversations to help you accelerate deals through the pipeline.

 

In addition to having core accountability for nurturing leads and managing pipeline in this Integrated Service Line (ISO), you will help us scale our sales enablement processes for selling these solutions. You will identify required sales strategies, tools, processes, and methods.  Additionally, you will be the point of contact with our marketing teams to enable alignment between our marketing campaigns, conferences/events, and sales activities, providing you with the opportunity to dramatically impact the growth of our business.

Concentrix Catalyst is open to remote locations, excluding Colorado.

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and lead the early-stage pursuits of targeted new business for Loyalty Solutions through our internal sales organization and technology partner relationships– responsible for nurturing opportunities from upper to mid-funnel and collaborating with senior sales leaders to close deals
  • Develop up-funnel lead qualification, management, and nurturing processes to enhance pipeline velocity of deals
  • Develop new logo opportunities based on leads developed through our marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Leverage a client-diagnostic sales strategy and consultative approach to uncover client specific issues and/or opportunities
  • Interface with clients at all levels within existing and prospective account(s); consult with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Work with the Managing Director of Sales to identify and manage resources to develop proposals that position CONCENTRIX CATALYST’s capabilities and solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with CONCENTRIX CATALYST’s executive team and subject matter experts to jointly present proposals
  • Research accounts, identify key players / decision makers within targeted accounts and generate interest
  • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
  • Achieve annual sales goals and OKRs agreed upon with direct management
  • Improve and scale our internal and partner solution sales enablement capabilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five to eight years overall experience in martech technology, customer experience and customer loyalty preferred.
  • 5+ years sales enablement and business development, ideally into large, enterprise accounts
  • Experience in selling for/with large technology companies—Oracle, Salesforce, Adobe preferred (and/or other customer loyalty platforms and marketing/CX solutions).
  • Track record of leading pursuits selling and delivering complex Services solutions to Enterprise customers
  • Strong consultative solution selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and building pipeline.
  • Ability to build compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Experienced in complex sales methods and processes
  • Strong leadership and Interpersonal skills, coaching, cross-group collaboration, and the proven ability to influence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to roll up sleeves to grow the business.
  • Self-driven and organized with the ability to manage and track multiple priorities
  • Passionate about delivering value to clients and helping shape/build a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Experience working in professional services and/or technology solution sales organization, demonstrated understanding of sales operations and sales enablement.
  • 20% Travel as required.
  • BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
