The Catalyst Team is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

The selected individuals should work independently; receive minimal guidance.

Act as a resource for team members with less experience.

May direct and help prioritize the work of other team members.

• 4-year degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Digital Certified Developer (Full Stack)
• Certification must be current, or eligible for test out / upgrade voucher
• Minimum 3 years of Commerce Cloud development experience
• Experience using Pipelines, JS Controllers, Demandware Script, ISML Templates, and Real time data exchange using Web services
• Experience with SFRA a plus
• Experience with Commerce Cloud B2B/Cloudcraze a plus
• Direct customer facing and implementation delivery experience in a consulting role
• Strong technical skills with a proven track record of delivering key technical initiatives and implementing web technologies (client- and service-side)
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and development process
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong (and creative!) problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Additional ecommerce platform experience a plus (Magento, Hybris, CloudCraze, etc.)
