Overview

Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent and technology.  We combine human-centered design, powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.

 

This position is responsible for end-to-end delivery resources for our Telecom and Media Vertical.  You will have responsibility for aligning business objectives with employees and management. This individual will help drive culture strategy, build programs, and promote employee welfare around performance, career development, and delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Concentrix culture successfully
  • Analyze data collected through our employee engagement survey and other relevant feedback and develop interventions to address "hot spots"
  • Engage in planning for a variety of internal and external events to bring visibility and learning to our employees, our partners, and our customers
  • Facilitate timely performance reviews and performance improvement plans
  • Partner and collaborate with our learning and development team partners to create learning paths
  • Partner and collaborate with our Diversity & Inclusion lead for building relevant communications
  • Participating in employee termination
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Overseeing employee orientation and training
  • Liaise between employees and management
  • Manage employee expectations and concerns
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Facilitate and improve communication among employees, the Human Resource department, and executive leadership to ensure that employees are familiar with their mission, goals, policies, and expectations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should have experience in a services background
